If Wishes Were Horses...
Sammy was a little grey Arab I bought in December of 2003. A girlhood dream finally realized. Sadly, he developed lymphoma and died in June 2004. One day, I might be ready for another horse, but right now I'm content with the memories of galloping bareback along the coast of California.
I created this blog to document my increasing & somewhat obsessive, involvement with cycling. As I commute via bicycle, I have been given the space to think and thus this blog was born. As a novice cyclist, you will read about my trials & tribulations with cycling fashion & weekly mileage goals, along with tackling San Francisco hills at 6:30a.m.

no more horses
- your son
i love the white on brown one - is that acrylic? it has a very sculptural quality to it - actually reminds me a bit of an ice sculpture!
Yes, it is acrylic...I was literally stabbing the paper as I was getting frustrated with it! Tells me I need to work more with acrylics.
And, son, there won't be any horses for some time...you'll be long gone...but, there will be more fish ;)
